"...Thankfully, the Harper government has introduced Bill C-26 and I do hope it passes soon..."
Could Canada's Bill C-26 help us get tough on a real crime? As real crimes go - what could be worse than killing a child? Only one thing: subornation of perjury in a child-killing case. A trust betrayed in such a case is outrageous. When perpetrated with malice of forethought using tax dollars by those we grant great privilege in order to uphold our law, it is inexcusable. When the government, Crown or any of its cronies is complicit in any such egregious crime no civil liability let alone criminal charges should result from piercing the veil of privilege to stop it by any means necessary. It is a civic duty. Who encouraged the homicide of Evan Jones? Public servants and officials who knew or ought to have known about the circumstances of Andrew Osidacz's homicide and its aftermath must be held to account. If they do not come forward on their own, why not "hang 'em high" for all to see? Not next year. Not another day. TODAY, before another child dies. Who will scurry first to plea bargain? Seems we may not count on even our watchdog's watchdog. rwcSr 2012

"...officers were so incompetent or reckless that they killed a man... They also, with their superiors, attempted to keep the truth from coming to light. All that remains is to determine whether criminal sanctions ought to apply..."
